We changed IT managed service providers.
In Feb. 2024, during the transition, our subscription for our email archive in the Veritas Enterprise Vault expired before an export could be performed. I have old support ID, Entitlement ID, and Contract numbers.
Is our now-expired Enterprise vault retrievable?
