I have removed Symantec AV corporate edition and Endpoint management off our windows 2000 server using Add/Remove Programs. However, registry entries still remain and files still remain in all users accounts. I understand tech support has a removal tool. Please send to me.

If it is Symantec then you may need to call CustomerSupport to get CleanWipe (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/how-get-clean-wipe)

Phone: 1-800-634-4747 opt 1 for North American Region.
