systemworks version 14.5

I am finding that systemworks in Disk Clean, automaticly or manually stops at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office.....\File Name MRU.
The list of items is at Third-Party Software 70 items removed.
It keeps working at the given Registry entry and won't close after hitting stop.
I said it does it in automatic because it shows the same behavior. Drive keeps on running.

 MRU is Most Recently Used..
