Catalog Backup Stuck (NBU 8.1)

Hello everyone,

I have a problem, when running a child catalog backup which is already running at 3600384 Kb and after that too long to run and finally makes no progress.
no error from the catalog backup, i have restart the service, canceled and run again backup catalog but the problem is still occured.

my master server details:

Master server NetBackup Version : Netbackup 8.1
Master server OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9

What stage in the catalog back does the backup get stuck - the flat files or the NBDB database ?

If possible post the detailed job text form the activity monitor ?. Attach the output as a text file to a post. Do not bulk post the text as VOX antispam filter will mark it as spam.

Nothing special to see in the job text.

Doesn't the job process from here ?

Alternative run the following command to see more detailed debug output progress: 

vxlogview -p 51216 -X "jobid=12345"

Job id is the catalog backup job id in the activity monitor.

When services was re-started, did you ensure all processes was stopped. No left Netbackup processes ?
