Failing with status code 230 and database team says its connection issue

Failing with status code 230 even policy name is set correct. Some times it fails to backup with status code 230 and sometimes backups are passed.

As far as i know230 means policy parameters issue, But database team says its not policy issue its a connection issue. Still working with them

If you want any assistance from NBU end. Kindly provide the complete job detail status and script output file.

If policy parameter having issue then It will never get success. Here, its intermittent issue and that need to be identify.
