Mobile (particularly iPad)

I'm not quite crazy enough to use Vox on a phone .. yet.

But the experience on an ipad is not great.

When on a forum list page, I can see only 4 topics before I have to scroll.

The first topic appears just about half way down the page when you're in landscape mode. (ready for typing like a maniac)

Does the header REALLY have to take up so much space?
