    The problem occurs when backing up the VMware infrastructure.

    VMware Version 5.1
    Symantec 3600 R2 Appliance
     

    I have upgrade the Symantec Backup Exec 2012 from sp3 to sp4 and pushed the agents to all the virtual machnies but i am still getting the same error message.

    Thanks CraigV for that information but i will try check it out step by step then i will let you know.

    The Problem connecting to the VCenter is that the environment has more that 35 VM and the backup takes long before completing and it will eventually fail.

    Is backuping up from the Agent a better ideal i do all the machnies individually? rather that through the vCenter or Host Machines, whats you opinion on this.
