Backup Exec Recovery Fail
Hello All,
I am Running Back-up Exec 2012 on Windows Server 2012, I am Logging onto the Server with a BackupAdmin Account,
I am able to do all the Backup to a LTO-5 HP Data Cartridge. But when we do a test Restore to the Server I am getting the Following Error message
Server -- ServerName
Storage --NA--
Job Name -- ServerName Restore 0013
Date & Time 7/5/2013 9:51:55 AM
Meesage: ServerName Restore 00013 -- The job failed with the following error: Backup Exec could not log on to the server with the logon account specified for it. The logon account does not have valid credentials. Ensure that the user name and password are correct in the logon account.
We also log into the Server with the Main Admin Account, and tried the Restore and still had the same Error message, Server Logon Account we are selecting the System Logon Account for this.
