Quota not achieved

Dear All, Iam receiving warning accross Enterprise vault archiving reports that "Quota not achieved"  below is my policy settings. archiving rule " based on age and quota" older than 1-year and 30...

    HI MorsiSaeed,

     

    Let me complete my thoughts,

    You are getting "Quota not achieved" warning because EV can't archive the mailbox size 30% below the value of ProhibitSendReceiveQuota, ProhibitSendQuota (see PreferQuotaNoSendLimit to know with you have defined).

    If you getting 21GB of ineligible that explain why.

    Ineligible itens are, itens that configured not to archive, in may case are:

    • Itens in deleted itens folders
    • Itens in junk folders (script process)
    • Itens with more than 5000 recipients (SkipRecipCheckSize)
    • Some Message Class not define

You are getting "Quota not achieved" warning because EV can't archive the mailbox size 30% below the value of ProhibitSendReceiveQuota, ProhibitSendQuota (see PreferQuotaNoSendLimit to know with you have defined).

If you getting 21GB of ineligible that explain why.

Ineligible itens are, itens that configured not to archive, in may case are:

  • Itens in deleted itens folders
  • Itens in junk folders (script process)
  • Itens with more than 5000 recipients (SkipRecipCheckSize)
  • Some Message Class not define
