Warning: failed to process mailbox on enterprise vault 12.1

Hi Team, Enterprise Vault 12.1 archiving report showing error for specific users. auto arching not working but manual archiving sometime works and sometime showing following error "Could not process...

    You are welcome.

    On the EV server, open command prompt, change directory to the EV installation folder then type "evpm" (no quotes), and follow the instructions.
