Seen this message a few times on here with various drives.
Have uninstalled all the drivers and reinstalled them as per KB article, still getting the error
Windows backup can see the device OK and perform backups, but any attempt to do anything in BE9.1 has the same problem
Is this drive compatible with BE9.1
Can you use alternative drivers
Do I need to upgrade the BE software or just use windows backup
Any help would be useful
