0xa000fed1 - A failure occurred querying the Writer status

I am trying to restore System state data of Domain controller server 2003.

Service State can be restored successfully

System State failed with the error "0xa000fed1 - A failure occurred querying the Writer status"

I am using BE 10.1 and help will be appreciated.

Try running the separate backup of "shadow copy components" and let us know the result.

To isolate the issue please perform the backup using Windows NTbackup utility and let us know the results.
