I have a HP 1/8 G2 autoloader and Symantec BE 11D. When I look at devices I only see 7 slots. Using HP diagnostics it sees 8 slots no problem. I have tried disabling the mail slot and doing an inventory from the front panel of the tape drive as well as via BE but it only sees 7 slots. I have tried reinitializing the the robot, scanning. I get 7. Initially it did not see the tape that was located in slot 1. Now after all my messing around it see the tape in slot 1 but not the tape in slot 8. Any ideas? Thanks. Andy
