10.0 - Exchange agent disappears from selection.

URGENT>>>

Have 3 servers W3, W8, W4.

W3 has a 10.0 backup exec and lto-2 with licenses for server, ms sql & 1 extra agent.

for 2 years W3 has backed up files on W3 and sql on w3, and files on w8. all OK.

last night - purchased agent for exchange ( downgraded license to 10.0 ) installed onto w3 (in order to backup up W4- our new exchange server)

now get error when trying to add exchange components to backup W4 error is::

Logon account ourdomain\administrator failed to access w4\microsoft exchange mailboxes -- access denied.

also

the backups now fail on W3 which had been working and there is no ms sql items to be added on the selection screen. although the sql setting still lets me choose things.

OK,

I have now restarted all the servicews on all three serevres and the SQL agent seems to have started working again.

and we seem to just have the one error now which is that exchange will not let me add my remote mail boxes - it says that administrator is not authorised to acees those mailboxes.
