Hi Chris,

This usually does indicate there is a problem on the disk.

Are you seeing any NTFS errors in the system log of that server?

The only item I can see that is disk related is :   Would the below cause the issues?

The F: disk is at or near capacity. You may need to delete some files.

Yes it could.

Is the F drive where your IS is stored?

How much space do you have on it?

If your B2D folder is on a Raid 5 disk this may also be the issue.

To back up Exchange the B2D folder would have to be on a standard local drive.
