10d AOFO - Minimum Quiet time setting

OK so I am getting this error:

AOFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time for physical volumes. Reduce the activity on these volumes, or wait and run the backup when there is less activity on the volumes.

I have run the AOFO wizard and set the quite time to 3 seconds, however when I check the logs, I am still getting this error, and when I drill down I see this:

AOFO: Symantec Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshot cache file settings for volume "D:" : Initial: 0 MB. Maximum: 2139 MB. File: "\\?\Volume{d9966509-2bab-11d8-b497-806d6172696f}\Backup Exec AOFO Store\_BEVspCacheFile_17.VSP".
AOFO: Symantec Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshot settings used: Quiet Time: 5 seconds. Time Out: 2000 seconds.

It is still showing the quiet time used as being 5 seconds???

Can someone advise as to what I doing wrong here or why this isnt keeping the 3 second setting as set in the wizard? thank you,

John

Hi,

Lower the quiet time again using the following technote:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/274305

Also select the option "Process Logical Volumes for backup one at a time" under Backup > Settings > Advanced Open File and rerun the backup job.

Yes, I have done that three or four times already, however as you can see it does not seem to want to use that setting... it always defaults back to 5 seconds. It is already setup for "Process Logical Volumes for backup one at a time"

Anyone else have any ideas here? Thank you -

Hello,

Once again reduce the quiet time and then recycle the services and verify
