BE15 Remote Agent Install Error 1603

I followed instructions from article 80785 to the letter, which shows exactly what is occurring on my Win2008r2 64 Entp server running the installer locally and not pushed which fails at the same point.  The VC++ runtime I did install manually which worked, rebooted and ran the agent installer again at which point stop at the same point as it did before.  The server is a workgroup server at prensent and hasn't joined my main domain yet.  I'm posting the error log showing the failure.  At this point I've all about given up, as there is no tech support for the 60 day eval.  Any help would be great.

Copy the directory with the VC++ installation files to C:\ of the remote server and do a manual install of the remote agent on the remote server.

I had ready done what you suggested per article 80785 which the VC++ install worked.  The error log I posted showed that it failed to create process as user which might indicate a permissions issue.   I went ahead and shut off the UAC and rebooted this morning and I'm going to try to push the remote install again.  We been using 11d and 12 here for years under a server 2003 environment and I'm in the process of moving to server 2012r2 with everything and up grading all the desktops from XP to Win7 and higher on a new 2012 ver domain.  There were alot of bugs at were fixed under 11d and 12 and once they were in place, it has been running solid as a rock so figured that BE15 would be a breeze.  The main BE15 installed just fine on my 2008r2, the tools and interface are great, I never would have thought the remote install would be my stopping point for this eval.  I'm going to do a upgrade push to one of my 2003 servers running the ver 12 agent to see how that goes. I'll post my results this afternoon.  Thanks for your help.

Success... It would appear the UAC was the problem.  The remote agent push worked and the agent is up and running.  Thanks for everyones help.
