10d installation and remote linux agents

Hi all,
Iam trying to configure my 10d installation to allow me to use the remote linux agent. I've installed the remote agent on the linux machine, however, when I go under the remote selections area under the backup tab on the 10d server, there is no Unix/Linux selections.
Can anyone help?

So far Iam just using the evaluation copy (so I assume that everything is unlocked)?

I have the exact same problem, same IBM HH LTO GEN 2 drive Tandberg driver, Veritas drivers not available..
NTBackup is working fine and recognising the tapes as LTO.
Windows 2K Server SP4

Tried a lot of possible solutions found here and elsewhere (spending almost three days on only this..) .. nothing seems to help..

Bleh.....
