11.0d Backing up a Buffalo TeraStation NAS

I downloaded and installed the demonstration version of BackupExec, and was mostly satisfied.  I was able to back up all of the important files on my network, including files on my Network-Attached Storage (a Buffalo TeraStation).  My only complaint was the annoying warning messages generated while backing up the NAS.

After purchasing a license, I was quite disappointed to find that my NAS could no longer be backed up.  Is there some option enabled in the evaluation version that is not enabled in the full version?  I'm afraid that I may no longer be able to use Backup Exec if I cannot back up my NAS.
