Dear ,

 

we are working with BackupExec V10 we do purchase new servers and need to know if the servers processors are supported via BackupExec V10 or do they need to upgrade to V12 our OS is windows 2003 enterprise server 64bit.

 Hereunder processor type. 

Quad-Core Intel Xeon X7350 processor (2x4MB L2, 2.93 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 130W) for Sun Fire X4450 Servers.

I was pretty sure on my own that you would need to upgrade, but you can look at this post by Hywel Mallett, an expert contributor here: http://www.backupexecfaq.com/articles/problems/windows-x64-with-be-10d.html.
