64bit Remote Agent & Quad Core not working

We are trying to install the BE Remote agent on our new NAS server which has the 64bit Windows 2003 storage server as well as quad core xeon cpu. When we attempt to install the 64bit agent it says the processor is not supported. We have BE 9.1 Rev 4691. Does anyone know how we can get this to work, is there a newer 64 bit remote agent we can download which supports this processor? As you can imagine, we NEED to have a remote agent on our NAS server, so any help is appreciated.

64-Bit support didn't appear until v10d IIRC (and then  for RAWS only, the media server had to be 32-Bit), so you are SOL unless you upgrade your whole BackupExec environment

You can try the workaround for NAS where you cannot install the Agent at all.  Create a "User Defined Share" using the IP address of the NAS box
