9.1 SP1 Installation fails

When I try and run SP1 on Backup Exec 9.1 Version 4691 I get the following message: "Backup Exec is currently executing. Please close Backup Exec and restart patch"

I have stopped all services even the SQL ones and I still cannot install this patch. Any ideas???

I have the same issue, i've stopped the services and checked task manager but there's nothing in there. Any ideas????
