Iam putting together an Active directory recovery plan for the senerio that all my domain controllers fail, and I have to use different hardware. Can someone point me to documentaion for recovering AD from Backup Exec in this senerio.

The last one is a list of DR related technotes organised into category, doesn't seem to be very up to date, but the technotes it links to have often been updated.

The biggest issue you had is that different hardware isn't really supported by BE. I know realistically it's what you have to do.. but just be aware of the Symantec position on the matter.

At the end though, restoring a domain controller isn't too different to restoring any machine- only the "data" you are interested in is in the System State.
