AIT4 Drives

Does BE 9.1 support the AIT4 drive?
I know it supports the AIT2/Turbo providing you update the Driver library, but in the documentation it only tmentions the SDX-500/560 range and not actually the larger SDX-900V Model. We have many 9.1 and AIT2 systems but no AIT4 systems.

The device SDX-900V is listed in 9.1 HCL and hence supported!

Hi, we tried several times and referred a lot of articles, but we failed to use backupexec 9.1 with Sony SDX-900V on windows SBS 2003. With BE9.1 installed (either using veritas driver or OEM driver), it could detect tape drive but couldn't do backup and even NTbackup stop work. Without BE9.1, NTbackup is working well.
We installed all new patches and TapeDeviceDriverInstall_273853, all no use. Please advice is there any solution for this issue? or will it be solved in BE10? and will it be free to upgrade from 9.1 to 10?

And it seems stilled not fixed in version 9.1. any iea?
