AOFO: Initialization failure on

I just upgraded from 10d to 11d
I am now getting a job completed with exception, this was not an error before the upgraded.
I have created a new job and a new selection list for testing, the error is repeatable
 
lots of detail listed below, Looking for some help

.There is nothing in the event viewer on the media or remote server that states anything differnt
