AOFO is installed but when setting it to use the symantec snapshot provider it fails saying you must use the Microsoft VSS provider, when reset to automatic it then says that AOFO is not installed. Becaues of this we cant get a usable backup, it has now been going on for many backup attempts and we really need this to work. Can anyone help.
