Access Denied to Public Folders and Information Store

When running my brick backup i'm getting an "access denied" error when trying to back up the information store and the public folders. i am currently using the administrator account to run these backups, so i know the account belongs to the correct groups. In addition, the backup was working without a problem last week. I tried creating a new account to run the backup off of, but i'm still getting the same error.

Any ideas?

I actually just fixed this. The account i was using for the backups (administrator) had a hidden mailbox. I unhid the mailbox and my "Denied Access" errors went away.
