Access denied error with Excahnge backup

We have Veritas 9.0 running on a Windows 2000 server that is running Exchange 5.5. From time to time we get a error on the backup. The error is access denied to file (username). Top of Information Store, Inbox, (message). This happens on various user accounts and doesn't happen on the backups every night, just random users and various days.
I notice a document (ID#243524) which relates to this problem. However it states that the issue has been resolved in version 9.0, which we are running.

Any suggestions would be appreciated,

John

Upgrade to latest build of Backup Exec 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691, we would suggest you download and install it using the following technotes:

http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/264658.htm

Then apply SP2. Download and install Backup Exec v9.1 Service Pack 2 from the following link:

http://support.veritas.com/docs/275247

# BEWS 9.1 is a free downloadable upgrade inclusive of previously installed
agents and options from Backup Exec 9.0 for Windows Servers agents and
options.

# Update all agents/options on all remote systems.

Also, refer following TechNote :

http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/242606.htm

Perform a test backup job and observe the result.
