Access denied to Exchange Information Store

I keep on getting this error when trying to back up the Exchange Information Store on a remote server. I tested the login credentials and all tested fine.

I followed KB256313 and still the same problem.

Please paste here the exact error and update us on version of BE and Exchange ?
what is the OS version on which exchange is installed ?

I corrected the error by changing the way the remote agent starts. I changed it from Local System to an account with rights to the info store.

Backup ran fine last night
