Access denied to database Mailbox Store (Server).

i get error message below on backup exec version 9.1. i checked settings --> advanced open file --> and whole section is grayed out and not in use. so i don't get why i still get this error message. any help is appreciated.

actually i found my problem. backup exec in my case uses a different accout (backup) rather than Administrator to connect to exchange server and for some reason it lost it's password to log in. i'm trying to reset password now, but no luck yet. i will keep you updated if i have any luck.
