Reason: The user account specified in Backup Exec to back up/restore the resource does not have sufficient rights to back up/restore the resource.
Solution: Verify that the user name has at least "Read" access to the resource being backed up/restored.

In any case, please post more information regarding yoour configuration

It is not the issue with user rights, usually exchange backup gets successful but sometimes it gives this error with the same account. Basically the issue is backup finds corrupt emails while taking the mailboxes backup.

How to correct this type of error?

Please help to resolve the same.

Could be the Exchange database need defragging try using

eseutil.exe, which will check and defarg the information store in exhange.

It runs in from the cmd prompt check out microsft site for command lines and switches etc.
