Adamm Mover Error: Read Retry! Error = ERROR_NOT_READY in Win2k Server

This error does not seem to be addresed by the previous posts to Error 33152. Although Backup Exec 9.1 logs the backup as successful, the Applications Log in Windows 2000 Server indicates the following error condition:

Adamm Mover Error: Read Retry!
Error = ERROR_NOT_READY
Drive = "HP 2"
{AF9A2D10-9D12-4BB0-9A45-832D38FA2478}
Media = "4MM000018"
{9DA12E44-9EA1-4F08-8BB9-1D3A981FFE3A}
Read Mode: SingleBlock(0), ScsiPass(0)
Write Mode: SingleBlock(1), ScsiPass(1)

The backups are being written to an internal HP DAT24 tape drive.

Any ideas on what's going on? Are the "successful" backups reliable?
Any constructive inout would be greatly appreciated.

To check whether the jobs are successful please try cataloging and restoring data on test basis from the tape to confirm.
