On an previously existing 10d installation, I've added an new Oracle Agent license, as per article 230362. There are no errors generated when adding the key code. The serial number shows up in the list for it, but the install process did not generate the Oracle Agent directory in \Program Files\VERITAS\BackupExec\NT\Agents. I've re-ran the install and even removed then re-added but the results are still the same.
