Installing 9.1 Remote Agent to server with 8.X BackupExec installed

Hello -
 
I'm in a situtation where I need to start using the SDLT tape library I have to backup another server that currently has Backup Exec 8.X installed.  This server had been backing up to an inidvidual DLT VS80 drive.  The SDLT library is controlled by a Backup Exec 9.1 installation.  I have a couple of questions:
 
  • Can I still purchase a Remote Agent license for Backup Exec 9.1?  If so where?
  • Do I have to uninstall Backup 8.X before I can install the 9.1 Remote Agent?

You can generally find some on EBay or the other Auction sites

Do I have to uninstall Backup 8.X before I can install the 9.1 Remote Agent?
