How do you know Advanced Open file option is installed in you Backup Exec, esp B.E12.5

Hi,

There should be a vsp.sys driver.

Otherwise try a push-install to the server in question from the media server, and select the AOFO option. If it doesn't allow you to proceed with the installation (it will tell you the selections are installed), you have your answer.

Go to Tools ---> Install Options and Licence Keys and make sure that AOFO is checked.
