We noticed that sometime between 1:38am Sunday morning and 11:09pm that alert categories for 3 of our clients have been deselected preventing us from being notified of backups.
Since then I have reapplying the alert notification categories and again, overnight, the selections were deselected.
We normally select all error alerts, insert media and successful backup alerts to send an email message, but as of this week, we are seeing these categories mysteriously being deselected.
We are still looking into the possible causes of this problem affecting multiple clients but we currently suspect a Microsoft critical update may be the culprit.
Is anyone else having these issues? Anyone know of a solution?
