All Robotic Libraries are offline!

Hello,

i updated BE 10d to 11d(7170) on a W2K3 Server with SP2 and SQL-Server 2005.

Options: CASO, SSO, AOFO, LEO, EXCH, SQL, RALUS

Now i habe the problem, all libraries are offline, we have a DELL PV136T and EMC CDL310(Virtual tape Library as ADIC SCALAR 100) all connected with QLOGIC QLA2340.

Windows Evwnt Log:

ADAMM configuration warning.

The device driver may not be installed for device :

Identifier : DELL PV-136T 3.37.

Type : MediumChangerPeripheral.

AND:

ADAMM configuration warning.

The device driver may not be installed for device :

Identifier : ADIC Scalar 100 2.62.

Type : MediumChangerPeripheral.

BEDIAG:

I tried to install new drivers, start Windows without devices attached etc.

Has anyone a good idea for me?

Are you seeing any errors in the system log?

i look for the help in the document, but all looks fine.

I think the problem is the name:

How can i change the settings or completely rebuild the changers.

The drives of the changers are allready online?
