I have a problem that is struggling me out.
Server SBS2011, Win 2008R2, Exch2010 and so on.
We are doing a backup on a NAS connected in LAN.
Created 5 storage pools that correspond to 5 shares on the NAS.
Created 5 backup jobs for each day of the week (mon-fri).
95% of the backup jobs fails with the 0xe0000602 error: A query for media on which the data set being read is continued was unsuccessful.
I've updated from 2010R3 version to 2014, still the same problem.
I've recreated the share on the NAS, the storage pools and the jobs, still the same problem.
I've recreated the catalogs folder, worked for one day and then 0xe0000602 error again.
I've found an article from symantec that says that this is a well-known problem and there is no solution.
I need the backup jobs working, i have this problem from months and is driving me crazy.
Please help me resolving this issue.
