Annoying issue with SB 2010 R3 and Lotus Notes 7.0.2

FEBE
Not applicable

Since we upgraded to SB 2010 R3 (from version 11) the desktop and laptop option agent can be successfully installed on a Windows 7 64 bit client, but when launched it pops up an annoying box saying "Error writing to process file pid.nbf, other applications may be inappropriately accessing this file)".
This pops up immediately prior to the DLO GUI starting the initialization process. Closing this box also terminates the GUI. The pid.nbf file comes with Lotus Notes.

Any ideas why this happens or better how to avoid this ?

thanks,
Marc
