Any1 running sharepoint and BE 11?

Running 2003/R2 64bit STD edition this is the media server so I installed BE last week ran a job worked fine.. today I installed sharepoint now when i open BE it hangs when I try to modify/add job I have to force it to end the application uninstalled BE it's SQL 2005 reinstalled same issue the only thing I can think of is sharepoint SQL thing messed it up so I called BE support they said sharepoint can run fine this is a SQl issue some higher technician will call me to figure out it out. I dont see how sharepoing is affecting this???

The event seems to be related to the protocols enabled in SQL when it gets installed. There is a technote related to BE here, http://support.veritas.com/docs/283949, which states it occurs without reason but won't effect BE function. The hang issue indicates to me that the connectivity BE uses to its own database was messed up by the install of Sharepoint. Since Sharepoint 2003 installs an older version of SQL, something related to SQL connectivity or MDAC may have been back-rev'd that broke SQL Express. It should be something easy to reproduce by Support if there really is a problem caused by Sharepoint and BE on the same server.
