Autoloader offline after cancelling job...

Hi!

Environment: Windows SBS 2003, Tandberg Autoloader SLR 75, Backupexec 9.1

I started a ”long erase job” for a tape. But I cancel it. Now the robotic liabry and drive is reported as offline in backupexec/devices. I have tried to restart the autoloader and the backupexec services. But it didn’t help.

How can I get it online again?
Please help!

You could perform these steps as mentioned in the following document:

You could also restart all the Backup Exec services.
