Automatically Clear Media Intervention Alert

I'm running backup on a HP 1/8 G2 Autoloader with Ultrium 3 drive.
When I'm running import/export from/to mailslot an alert message, Media Intervention, occurs to which I need to respond OK, manually.
It is not possible to automatically clear alert, option greyed out. Why?
After about 22 min export/import-jobs times out, however export/import is OK!

Has anyone worked out how best to solve this issue with BackupExec 12?

I have a contractor who visits remote sites for me and inserts tapes into the portal of our media library.  I have configured a media import job, but it requires me to Respond OK to the alert every day. There must be a way to automatically respond to this alert...?

If it was a Media Insert alert, then I could configure it to respond, but it's a Media Intervention alert, so the info here Doesn't apply: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/254685.htm

Is the best solution to use a BEMCMD command?

Ok, the solution is patience!

The media intervention alerts clear themselves after 20 minutes (in version 12).

Please consider this issue solved.
