Oops, hit enter alittle too soon! Using 10 d with a Quantum Superloader. It has been working fine for months. Moved server and loader to a new rack. (yes all cables are securely connected) Now when ever BE tries to run a job it eventually stops and in the device tab under slots the tape BE tried to use shows as Cleaning tape. The web interface for the loader shows 8 tapes in the magazine. When a cleaning tape is used the web interface clearly indicates a cleaning tape is in the loader. Anybody have any advice for what else to try? I am starting to get a little frustrated with this!
