BE 10 seem to cause Unexpected shutdown for remote server

When I run Backupexec remote agent (Version rolled out with 10.0 build 5520) on one of my Windows 2003 (running SQL server and Domain controller) the system terminates/restart unexpectedly.
The backup to tape job starts at night (to a LTO-3 streamer).
Is this a known problem? Hotfixes or workaround available?

I cant get "Veritas update" to run.
The Address: http://shanker.nsmg.veritas.com:8840/ is not working from any webbrower i have tried it on.
