BE 10d problems with VTL

As I use falconstor VTL to map a IBM UTL3583 tape library to my media server.

All what I found in BE is three standalong drivers (three driver seted in VTL), whatever I do, there's no media changer found. But in windows device manager, everything's ok, and the bakbone netvault find the library without any problem.

So,what could I do in BE to correct this problem?

Hi,

We assume that by VTL you mean Virtual Tape Library..

If so you would need to purchase the Library Expansion Licence.
