BE 2010 r2 Ex07 microsoft information store not visible

I have upgraded BE 2010 to BE 2010 r3 and the ex07 microsoft information store is now not visible in the selection, I have tryed to create a new job and the microsoft information store does not showup?

Can someone please help?

Go to network -logon accounts -Make "Be system logon account" same as default logon account

also make sure this account is local admin on exchange server and part of Exchange Organization Administrators

uninstall BE remote agent from exchange server and push install from media server again.
