BE 9.1 and Sony AIT

I have a server with windows 2003 SBS premium, Sony SDX-250V, and Backup Exec 9.1 sp4. The problem is that the media is not accepted by the drive. If i go to the properties of the drive, and select "Media types" the only option i got is "***" with "no" under read and write. no other options at all, and it's impossible to mark the boxes for read and write, and save it. I have used the Device Configuration wizard, several times, and selected AIT when i was asked about it. I have downloaded the latest driver from Sony also. The media type i use, is Sony TAITE-20N 98m.
Please help, cause i need to finish this server today!

Hello,

Please verify if the drive is detected by windows.

Note:Backup exec does not detect the device if it is not detected by OS.

Also verify if the device is compatible with Bacakup exec 9.1.
