BE caanot find any media in the tape device

Hi,
I have recently installed BE 10d (Trial) for testing, it can see the tape device fine but cannot see any tapes I insert into it.
I have installed the BE drivers for the tape device (COMPAQ SDLT320) and disabled Removable Storage in the services but still no joy.

Kindly try the following Steps again.



1.Powercycle the autoloader and server.

: Please turn down the autoloader completely and then the Backup Exec Server. Now turn the autoloader ON and then the BE Server.

2. Inventory Tape.
