BE does not list Library

Running windows 2003 std and BE 10 SP1 with an ADIC Faststor1. Windows device manager sees the Unknown medium changer and Tandberg ts400 tape drive. BE only list the tape drive, library does not appear.

I follewed Documnet ID: 285085 but still have the same problem.

Please check,whether the device that you are using is there in our Hardware Compatibility List.
