BE2010 r3 GRT problem V-79-57344-38725

The Guest VM is win2008, remote agent for windows sytem have been installed but the GRT is still not avaliable with following warning

V-79-57344-38725 - One or more virtual disks contain volumes that do not support Granular Recovery Technology (GRT). Granular restores cannot be performed for these volumes.

Thanks your reply, but the hotfix is invalid for BE2010 R3

...have you actually considered upgrading to BE 2010 R3? You can use your current licenses so it is a free upgrade. If you do, get a copy of your Data and Catalogs folders before doing anything...
